It was a real pleasure to have Melissa Gomez on my 6 week Art Direction for Fashion short course at CSM online in Jan this year.
Melissa works for Zalando in Berlin and is an experienced Graphic designer and already has some experience art directing fashion content.
Joining my 6 week intensive course on Art Direction for fashion she says was her opportunity to express herself and her own unique love of fashion and image making.
I was really impressed with her wardrobe curation and instinctive understanding of the clothes as the main tool for her fashion content story telling.

TRANSFORMATION AND VULNERABILITY, FOCUSING ON THE PROCESS THAT UNFOLDS WITHIN DISRUPTION—WHERE STRENGTH, FRAGILITY, AND CHANGE COEXIST, AND IDENTITIES EVOLVE IN THE SPACE OF RUPTURE.
I would love to see this fashion content idea made a reality.
