LFW SS 15 Street Style- by Stylist Angela Kusen

This is my favourite out fit! - adore the asymmetric pattern on the skirt...

Dungarees look v good here - esp with the Gucci brogues!

I asked talented Peruvian stylist Angela Kusen if she would like to record her own personal style observations of SS15 London Fashion Week's street style trends for fashiontent. She has a fantastic eye for style detail and new ideas.
On the way back from the Burberry show outside Kensington Palace she met Tommy Ton and the Sartorialist. Angela also assist styled on the Oct issue US Vogue shoot in Lima recently with Mario Testino.

There seemed to be a definite 'it' bag statement apparent in Angela's collection of street style shots here for fashiontent  - check out Angela's excellent bag shots. My favourite new 'it' bag is a Anya Hindmarch from her kitsch pop art collection for SS15.
Angela also covered 2 shows for fashiontent - watch this space ....

LFW SS15 - Day 1 Jean Pierre Braganza

Jean Pierre Braganza was born in London and raised in Canada. He was fashion educated at Central Saint Martins. His woman is mysterious and intelligent and not afraid to embrace the dark side of life. His signature is fluid shapes and geometric lines.
There was something for everyone in this collection whether you favour grown up sheers over block black tailored dresses, or like to shine in bold geometric print dresses the choice is yours. This Spring Summer 15 collection had an attractive deconstructed dimension giving the collection a classic architectural textile twist. The distorted black and white monotone prints cut to create an asymetric silhouette got my vote of approval. Asymmetry is an expression of confidence and free thinking. I love the fact that asymmetry use produces two 'styles' in one garment when viewed from different angles.
Jean Peirre Braganza is to cloth what Mark Fast (a fellow Canadian in London) is to knits. Both designers favouring quirky sexy shapes that flatter a woman's body and get her noticed.

Thank you to talented photographer Joana Schneider who covered this show for me in the BFC tent at Somerset house. Joana's LFW SS15 style shots will be show cased on fashiontent later.

Sprezzatura ! Chanel L' instant watch advertising campaign pure genius !

This is one of the best advertising campaigns I have seen for a very long time ! excuse the time reference ! There is a magical and bewitching synergy across all the mediums here - photography, film and product featured. The black and white campaign images and video for this Chanel L' instant watch campaign were photographed by Patrick Demarchelier, the fashion lifestyle image featured looks were styled by Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele. Model Sharam Diniz features in this brilliant example of how a luxury brand ad campaign should be created - pure genius !

Here the diver mimics the watch hands - art meets fashion creating glamour and cache by association
