Kering withdrawing from Yoox Net a Porter by 2020

The Kering Group will be further developing it's own e commerce trading platform independence globally. With an particular interest in growing their presence in the lucrative and fast growing Asian market by 2020 e commerce is seen as the most investable avenue to explore.
This will spell the end of a seven year trading relationship with Yoox Net a Porter who pioneered luxury e commence trading for the fashion industry and works with luxury brands to develop their websites. As well as improving it's online offering Kering plans to open 250 new stores globally in 2019/20.
Kering with equally influential LVMH are top of the fashion food chain, their PR and advertising spend showcases the talent they employ, continually renewing, collaborating, and leading trends, the rest of the fashion industry follow.

Casey Gan SS18/19 collection

I really liked this collection by Casey Gan seen recently at London Fashion week. The deconstructed silhouettes and bold combinations of patchwork fluidity in riotous prints of clashing bespoke designs, with block colour and geometric tailored shapes are innovative and frankly pretty offered in dress, tops and coordinating ready to wear.

Cassey Gan was born in Malaysia. She lived in Melbourne, Australia for 4 years where she completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons): Chemistry. Fashion is a radical change from this original career path, the influence of compounds and chemical chains can be seen in her design work.
Cassey spent 4 years studying in London, UK and graduated with a BA First Class Honours in Fashion Design & Technology: Womenswear from London College of Fashion in 2012. Her graduate collection was 1 of 25 collections selected by LCF for its external press show. Vogue Italia later featured her in their global edition of “Discovering fashion’s future generation of talents.” She was 1 of 34 graduates from the UK to be talent-spotted in this magazine.
